Since 2008, Justlife has been on a mission to ensure that people’s stay in homeless temporary accommodation is short, safe, and healthy.
What began by supporting people on one road in East Manchester has grown into services that reach more than 1,000 people each year across Greater Manchester and Brighton & Hove.
Alongside this frontline work, our research, policy and campaigning have raised awareness and helped influence change nationally.
Today we are proud to officially launch our new Strategic Plan 2026–2030.
Our vision for the next 5 years is to see temporary accommodation completely transformed so that it acts as a reliable, dignified safety net. One that people can easily recover and move on from.
Our strategy is built on two core pillars.
