Everything we do at Justlife starts with the people we support. And the more we grow, the more we believe that how we run this organisation has to reflect the same values we carry into that work.
That's why we're proud to share that we've completed an Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Roadmap, including an updated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plan, a new Environmental Plan and a working toolkit, as a firm commitment to living our values all the way through.
The people we work with face some of the most complex challenges in the housing system and beyond. They deserve an organisation that takes justice seriously in every direction: in the support we offer, yes, but also in how we're governed, how we treat our team and what kind of footprint we leave on the world around us.
